SJNRA OM TEAMS ADVANCE TO STATE FINALS

We are proud to announce that ALL six St. John Neumann Odyssey of the Mind teams that competed on Saturday, March 3 in Berwick qualified to advance to the State Finals in Altoona in April.
St. John Neumann had four FIRST PLACE teams, and two SECOND PLACE teams.
Finishing in First Place were the following teams:
"Tag 'Em" Division 1
"Tag 'Em", Division 3
"Around the World in 8 Minutes", Division 2
"I'm Only Thinking of You", Division 2
Finishing in Second Place were the following teams:
"The Large & Small of It", Division 1
"Around the World in 8 Minutes", Division 1
This is a very proud accomplishment for our school, and all St. John Neumann team members, coaches, judges and parents are to be congratulated and thanked for their hard work and commitment to the Odyssey of the Mind program at SJNRA.
Also to be congratulated is the St. John Neumann "Tag 'Em", Division 3 team that won an OMER AWARD. The entire North Central Pennsylvania Odyssey of the Mind family (consisting of approximately 1,200 team members, coaches, etc.) gave the team a standing ovation at the Awards Ceremony, as all were riveted to the story of how the Neumann team rallied around one of its members, who suffered a personal loss during the season.
