The Annual St. John Neumann Basket Bonanza features a Chinese-style auction of approximately 100 baskets, with a value of at least $25, and 10-15 Mega Baskets, with a value of $150+. All baskets are donated by St. John Neumann families and friends.

 

If your family would like to donate a basket, please fill out the Basket Bonanza Idea Form enclosed in this week’s white envelope, and return it to any SJNRA office no later than Monday, Sept. 21. Please don’t delay! We need plenty of time to organize, compile and copy our Basket Bonanza booklet. There is a maximum of 2 baskets donated per family, and each basket is worth 3 volunteer commitment hours.

 

If anyone is interested in donating a “MEGA BASKET”, we are looking for 10-15 baskets worth $150 or more. Donation of a Mega Basket would fulfill all of your volunteer commitment hours.

 

On the enclosed form, please tell us the theme of your basket and the contents.  Please no live plants, perishables, home-baked items or fresh fruit, as these will not survive! Please fill your basket/container with only new and undamaged products.  Be as specific as you can in your description. Remember that the contents of your basket must be worth a minimum of $25. Be creative! Your basket doesn’t need to be a basket. Some have been crocks, teapots, toolboxes, cookie sheets, laundry baskets, etc.

 

All baskets must be dropped off to any SJNRA campus October 13 or 14.  Please do not drop them off any earlier, as space to store the baskets is limited.

 

Tickets for our Annual Basket Bonanza will be available soon. Please plan on attending the Basket Bonanza on Friday, October 16. Doors open at 5 pm. The drawing will begin at approximately 7:15 pm. We will have plenty of great food available for purchase. We invite you to bring the whole family for a night of camaraderie and fast-paced fun, all in support of Catholic Education!
